Morocco Property Expo ends on a successful note

The Moroccan real estate show in Dubai (Morocco Property Expo) held from January 19th to 21st ends on a successful note with the participation of a large number of exhibitors, visitors and investors from the UAE and other Gulf countries.

An ideal platform to meet developers, estate agents, banks, legal experts all under one roof, the Morocco Property Expo Dubai 2012 is the first step of a Road Show that will continue in Montreal this April and in Frankfurt next June under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, town planning and urban policy and the Ministry of the Moroccan living abroad.

The event confirmed the interest of Moroccans living in the UAE and locals to invest in the Moroccan Real Estate sector in the context of strengthening economic and friendship ties between the two countries. Regarding the distinction trophy, it was awarded by the public to Onapar group for their project Bahia Bouznika that was particularly appreciated for its architecture, design, location and attractiveness for Moroccans living abroad. The show was attended by a number of developers covering different cities in Morocco with exceptional commercial results achieved in various construction segments: economic, medium and high standard.
