The proposed reforms in Morocco continue to spark debate throughout Morocco. Perhaps what distinguishes the debate in Morocco from developments in other parts in of the Arab world is that, it is, in fact a debate. Groups that favor and opposed passage of King Mohammed’s proposed constitution are marching and actually speaking with one another.
