RABAT, Feb 22 (KUNA) — The Moroccan Foreign Ministry on Saturday summoned France’s ambassador in Rabat Charles Fries to express Morocco’s strong protest following information about a complaint lodged against the Director General of Territory Surveillance (DGST) concerning an alleged torture complicity in Morocco.
The ministry said in a release that it had informed the French ambassador that this serious and unprecedented incident in relations between both countries would underline the atmosphere of mutual confidence and respect.
It also demanded France to present urgent and accurate clarifications on this “unacceptable incident”. (end) adt.mt KUNA 221933 Feb 14NNNN
