Is that… Maria Sharapova? Yes, the five-time Grand Slam champion took part in a seemingly impromptu photoshoot with contemporary artist Hassan Hajjaj.
Sharapova was in Marrakech, Morocco with her boyfriend, Alexander Gilkes. He also took part in the colorful shoot.
Sharapova last played in St. Petersburg, where she pulled out with a shoulder injury. A trip to Morocco for the first time may be just what the doctor ordered.
Before the shoulder setback, the Russian reached the quarterfinals in Shenzhen and the fourth round of the Australian Open.
