The Kingdom of Morocco and Ukraine plan to sign two bilateral treaties on mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters, the press service of the Justice Ministry reports.
The negotiations on the drafting of the relevant agreements started on Monday, May 27, at the Ukrainian Justice Ministry, Ukrinform informs.
“It is envisaged that after the conclusion of the relevant legal instruments, the citizens of Ukraine and Morocco will be guaranteed an appropriate legal protection in the territories of both countries, provided an access to the relevant authorities and cooperation will be established between the central authorities of the two countries in civil and criminal cases,” the Ministry said in a statement.
