THE Doc answers your questions on driving in Morocco and Austria’s ski fields and travelling with kids in the US.
** MY WIFE and I are in our 50s. We plan to go to Morocco in late September, crossing over by ferry from Spain. We want to visit Fes, Marrakesh and Casablanca as well as do a one to two-day four-wheel-drive guided trip into the desert.
We are hoping to self-drive to these towns and towards the deserts and then pick up a private guide. Can you recommend a guide and is it safe to drive during daylight hours in Morocco?
