Sound Energy said it had progressed testing plans for the second oil well of a three-well programme in the Greater Tendrara area, onshore Morocco.

The test work on the TE-10 well involved rigless re-entry and both unstimulated and stimulated flow tests on multiple intervals.

Sound Energy said that a previously anticipated coiled tubing required for the next stage of operations had now arrived on site.

‘The company will now progress towards perforating and initiating the unstimulated tests, followed by the stimulated flow test,’ it added.
