Rabat – On instructions of HM King Mohammed VI, Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri will fly to Benghazi on Tuesday to convey a message from HM the King to the chairman of the National Transitional Council (NTC).
Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation said on Monday in a statement that the message concerns the significant developments on the Libyan scene and the decisive role that the National Transitional Council has played in opening this new chapter in the country’s history, towards fulfilling the legitimate aspirations of the brotherly Libyan people for democracy, freedom and progress.
