Moroccan Minister Delegate To FM Visits Germany

Berlin – Moroccan Minister Delegate to the Foreign Minister Youssef Amrani on Monday began a working visit to Germany to strengthen relations between the two countries.
During this visit, Amrani will hold talks with senior officials of the German Foreign Ministry, Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Bundestag (Parliament).

Amrani will discuss with Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Dirk Niebel, the opening a new credit line for financing development projects in Morocco, which will be at the heart of talks scheduled for next May in Bonn and the bilateral partnership in the areas of renewable energy, water and education.

The talks with German officials will also focus on the process of democratic and institutional reforms adopted by Morocco, several regional issues, including the Arab Maghreb Union, relations with the European Union, and on developments in the Arab world , within the framework of ongoing consultations between Morocco and Germany, non-permanent members to the U.N. Security Council.
