US group acquires to form “largest engineering consulting firm in Morocco”
03-Jul-12 Jacobs Engineering has acquired a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Morocco named Team Maroc. The purchase has been made through the US group’s local joint venture, Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA), in which it holds a 50% stake – with the other 50% held by Moroccan company Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP). The price paid has not been disclosed. Team Maroc operates from headquarters in the Moroccan capital city of Rabat….
