According to official news agency MAP on Friday, the French Development Agency (AFD) funded Morocco a loan of USD165 million to fund a program of youth employment.
MAP said that, AFD also funded Morocco USD9.9 million to help a migration procedure in the North African country.
Both deals were signed on Thursday in Paris on the sideline of the 14th gathering of Morocco-France High-level Commission, co-chaired by Moroccan Prime Minister Saadeddine Othmani and his French counterpart Edouard Philippe.
The joint declaration said that, “France considers Morocco a major partner for stability, peace, growth and development.”
