Ellie Goulding is getting the full experience while at the Formula E track!
The 33-year-old “Love Me Like You Do” singer donned a personalized racing suit as she took the ABB FIA Formula E Championship BMW i8 safety car for a spin around the track on Saturday afternoon (February 29) in Marrakesh, Morocco.

“I grew up watching motorsports every weekend, and just experienced Formula E & the track in Marrakesh first hand,” Ellie said at the track. “Getting behind the wheel of the BMW i8 safety car was so exhilarating, all the while being sustainable – it was so fantastic I asked to go around twice. Formula E is now, it is setting the bar high for all other sporting events to follow. This is my second time here & certainly won’t be my last!”
The night before, Ellie looked stunning in a black dress as she attended Formula E Championship Pre-Race Dinner.
Formula E, which champions sustainability and uses emissions-free cars as the world’s only fully electric street racing series, is poised for its fifth race of season six, which features 13 races in 11 of the most exciting cities, including Paris, New York and London.
