Enfants en voyage : pour une approche responsable des migrations des mineurs (Children on a trip: For a responsible approach of minors’ migration) is an initiative co-funded by the European Union and implemented by the Italian NGO ProgettoMondo Mlal in the provinces of Beni Mellal, Khouribga, Nador and Tangier, areas which suffer most from migration to Europe.
Enfants en voyage fights against illegal migration of unaccompanied minors through the awareness of children and teenagers on the risks of illegal migration. It seeks to promote the culture of responsible migration and the protection of migrants’ rights through the commitment of civil society as well as social groups and institutions.
The initiative intends to set up 25 multimedia libraries per province within educational institutions (schools, youth centres, national mutual aid centers) as well as to train partner structures’ staff.
