Renowned mountaineer and author Hamish Brown visited Carnoustie library on Thursday evening as part of a series talks by travel writers entitles Itchy Feet. His love for the mountains is shown in a number of authoritative mountain guides he has written as well as books of poetry and short stories. A native of Fife, Hamish now divides his time between home and Morocco where he leads expeditions in the Atlas mountains. He spoke about his trips to Morocco which proved to be the perfect antidote to a cold Novermber evening. Hamish is seated with staff and audience who came along.
