The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and OCP Group of Morocco have agreed to explore the “phased creation” of a new fertilizers joint venture comprising two production plants, one in the UAE and one in Morocco.

The proposed project comes after the announcement of a long-term sulphur offtake agreement in December 2017 between the two firms, ADNOC said in a statement.
