The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has created a ‘guilt-free dessert,’ inspired by skincare brand marocMaroc, as well as Moroccan culture and produce.

Guests will stand a chance to win a variety of spa experiences and gifts by spinning the wheel of fortune.

Profoundly influenced by all things Moroccan, the dessert is 192-calorie treat packed with ingredients such as apricots, lavender, crushed almonds for added crunch, and orange zest.

Whipped up into airy mousse and laid on marzipan sponge for extra softness, the dessert features a date at the heart, enveloped in the apricot compote.

Created by Executive Pastry Chef Remi Martinazzo, and drawing inspiration from marocMaroc products and active ingredients present in the luxury skincare range such as orange and almonds, the dessert celebrates wellbeing and subtle indulgence.

Guests opting for a dessert are also presented with the opportunity to try their luck winning the facials, massages and gym memberships to name a few. The wheel of fortune together with the dessert display will be located at the patisserie.

The Spa consists of 13 naturally lit treatment rooms including two couple’s rooms, a fitness centre and separate steam rooms for males and females.
