Talks with Morocco to deal with civil service

MUSCAT — Abdeladim El Guerrouj, Minister delegate to the Head of the Government in Charge of Civil Service and the Administration Modernisation in Morocco and his accompanying delegation arrived here yesterday on a several-day visit to the Sultanate. He was received by Shaikh Khaild bin Omar al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service.

The visit comes within the framework of enhancing means of co-operation between the Sultanate and Morocco in the fields of common concern, including the areas of civil service and the administrative development. The guest’s visit programme will include holding an official talks session between the Ministry of Civil Service and the Ministry of Civil Service and the Administration Modernisation in Morocco.

The talks session will discuss means of co-operation between the two ministries in the areas of civil service and administrative development and how to enhance them, as well as benefiting from the experiences of the two sides in these areas, increasing the exchange of experiences and visits between the two sides and activating means of co-ordination between specialists of both sides in the areas of the administrative work.

The programme will also include meetings with state officials. The guest was also received by Dr Hammad bin Hamad al Ghafri, Adviser of the Ministry of Civil Service, Tariq al Hussaisan, Ambassador of Morocco to the Sultanate and officials at the Ministry of Civil Service. — ONA
