Rabat – Sun-powered Solar Impulse, which carried its first inter-continental flight to Morocco, landed on Friday night in the airport of Rabat-Salé coming from Ouarzazate.
The experimental aircraft landed in Rabat’s airport at 22:22 (GMT+1) after spending about 15 hours in the skies.
Piloted by André Borschberg, Solar Impulse HB-SIA will later on make its way back to the Iberian Peninsula.
