A Moroccan official briefs HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani about a tourism project in Rabat yesterday. Earlier in the day, a multilateral agreement was signed between Qatar, Morocco, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates on the creation of a tourist investment fund in Morocco. The signing ceremony was signed by HE Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of the Qatari Emiri Diwan Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah and Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco in the presence of HH the Emir, Morocco’s King Mohamed VI, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al-Nahyan and Kuwaiti Finance Minister Musfata al-Shamali
