Rabat -HM King Mohammed VI and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani, presided, on Thursday in Rabat, over the signing ceremony of four bilateral partnership agreements.
Morocco, Qatar set to reinforce bilateral relations

Rabat – Relations between Morocco and Qatar have witnessed, under the leaderships of HM King Mohammed VI, and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thania, a significant development in the past few years.

The current visit of Qatar’s Emir to Morocco is reflective of the determination of the two countries to further promote bilateral cooperation in the best interest of their two brotherly peoples.

Speaking to MAP, Qatar’s Ambassador to Morocco said that Qatar’s Emir will hold talks with HM King Mohammed VI on bilateral, regional and international issues of common concern.

He said several agreements will be signed during this visit, with a view to adding fresh impetus to bilateral cooperation.

The two countries have been coordinating in international bodies and forums thanks to the convergence of their views concerning several international issues.

Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI, accompanied by HRH Prince Moulay Rachid, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and Kuwait’s Finance Minister Sheikh Mustafa Jassim Al Shamali, presided on Thursday in Rabat over the signing ceremony of a partnership agreement to set up the Tourism Investment Authority in Morocco.
