Oujda – The 8th Pan-African Forum on the Modernization of Public Service and State Institutions opened on Monday in Saidia with the participation of officials from African countries and international experts.
Themed :”Towards New Strategies of Public Sector Reform and Modernization”, the two-day forum is aimed at examining the strategies and policies to be adopted in African countries in order to transform, innovate and modernize the whole public administration, governance and the state.
The event, co-held by the Ministry of Civil Service and the Modernisation of the Administration and the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD), is also designed to create a partnership framework between African countries to improve public service and governance performance in Africa.
