Obama to host King Mohammed VI of Morocco at the White House later this month

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is planning to host the king of Morocco at the White House later this month.

The White House says King Mohammed plans to visit Nov. 22.

The White House said Thursday Obama wants to discuss Morocco’s reforms and address challenges in the Middle East and Africa, including violent extremism, democratic transitions, and economic development.
