Nation Jails Customs Officers

Seven former Moroccan customs officers were sentenced to one year in prison on Tuesday (December 11th) by a Tetouan court, MAP reported. The men were part of a corruption investigation launched in August.

More than 40 customs officials and police are facing prosecution for fraud and “harassment” for their alleged connection to officers from the Bab Sebta case.
