Moroccan authorities repatriated on Saturday 338 stranded nationals in Libya, local media reported.

The repatriated Moroccans landed in Casablanca Airport early on Saturday, Le360.ma news site said.

Hundreds of Moroccan migrants, who had sought to enter Europe illegally, were stuck in Libyan detention centers.

This is the third repatriation operation conducted by Morocco in favor of its nationals in Libya.

The two operations had repatriated 235 in December and 190 in October.
