CNN published an article on Dr. Ahmed Herzenni, his views on Morocco’s parliamentary elections and an overwhelming victory of the moderate Islamist Justice and Development Party, PJD.  According to the article, the PJD victory comes on the heels of significant political reforms initiated in Morocco, in which King Mohammed VI has ceded the role and responsibility of head of the government to the prime minister.

Also, media outlets write about international observers who commend Morocco’s parliamentary elections.  Despite minor irregularities, the November 25th legislative elections in Morocco were judged as credible and fair.  The elections were held under the supervision of some 3,829 observers, of whom 301 were from abroad.
