Tetuan — HM King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), received, on Friday in Tetuan, the president of the FAR promotion commission, General Abdelaziz Bennani, Inspector General of the FAR and Commander of the southern zone.
A statement of the FAR General Staff said that Abdelaziz Bennani handed HM the King the output of the commission regarding all FAR staff promotion: Land – Air – Sea – Gendarmerie.
The president of the commission had received royal instructions on promotion criteria, the statement recalled.
HM the King approved the promotion list and congratulated the newly promoted staff. The Sovereign also called on FAR staff to remain loyal, while they carry out their noble duty, to the Kingdom’s sacred motto: God – the Homeland – the King, the statement added.
