Morocco and Ghana signed Wednesday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on technical cooperation in the areas of roads and highways development.
The MoU was signed by Moroccan Minister of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water, Abdelkader Amara and Minister of Roads and Highways of Ghana Kwasi Amoako-Attah, on the sidelines of the 10th National Road Congress in northern Moroccan city of Al Hoceima.
The two-year agreement covers the construction, development, maintenance and management of road infrastructure, the construction of bridges and engineering structures, technical assistance in the preparation of studies related to such infrastructure and building the capacities of human resources.
