Moroccan judicial police on Tuesday (January 13th) dismantled another Islamic State cell active in Fnideq, Menara reported.

The suspects had ties to the Daesh recruiting cell dismantled last August in Tetouan, Fnideq and Fez, the interior ministry said.

The cell members had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. One of the suspects had recruited his brother to fight in Syria and Iraq, “where he died in late 2014”, AFP quoted the ministry as saying.
