Morocco: Basketball tournament; end of regular season
The 18th edition of the Moroccan basketball tournament ended last weekend with many encounters that gave logical results.
At the WAC hall, Wydad were defeated by visiting RSB 67-75. Sp who have qualified for the play-off thrashed Raja 71-62. At the Fathallah Bouazaoui hall in Salé, Renaissance were whitewashed 63-146 by ASS. I their encounter without stake, MAS won KAC 53-43. CRA reached their 15-point target as they won in Al Hoceima. They took advantage of WAC’s defeat at home to move forward. The encounter between CRA and WAC is yet to be played. Meanwhile KAC and Raja are relegated to the second division.
