Brussels – Morocco’s quiet revolution led by HM King Mohammed VI boosts the confidence of foreign investors, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank Philippe de Fontaine Vive Curtaz said on Thursday in Brussels.

In a statement to the press on the sidelines of a conference on ” Europe and the Arab Spring”, Curtaz underscored that Morocco is a special case in the Arab world thanks to its constitutional reforms.

He said Morocco’s reforms reassured investors in Morocco, adding that the events that took place in the Arab World in 2011 made the investors’ community warry.

The large-scale investment carried out by Renault in Tangier, sends strong signal to investors who are looking for real opportunities, Curtaz added.
