King Holidays has announced it is consolidating its partnership with the Moroccan Tourism Board in Italy through a joint training and communications plan.

The tour operator, which has been active in Italy for 25 years with offices in Rome and Milan, is focusing on showing the versatility of Moroccan destinations, which are ideal for long weekends and short holidays.

The Moroccan Tourism Board said it will handle marketing the country as a destination by promoting its beauty.

The joint collaboration reveals previously unpromoted aspects of Moroccan culture, opening tourism to food lovers and sport enthusiasts, as well as those who are passionate about culture and history.

“It’s essential to show that Morocco, in addition to being a country of great charm, is a quality tourist destination, able to offer secure and trustworthy services,” said Jazia Santissi, director of the Moroccan Tourism Board in Italy.

In terms of communication, advertising for the country is already on the tracks in Milan, where a tram with images of Morocco transmits the country’s beauty in the blink of an eye.
