RABAT, Nov 7 (KUNA) — Morocco’s King Mohammed VI on Wednesday congratulated Barack Obama on his electoral victory against his Republican foe Mitt Romney voicing desire to cooperate with him for elevating further the bilateral relations between the two nations.
In a message to Obama, the Monarch indicated at the strategic partnership bounding Morocco with the US, and re-affirmed his country’s support for the US values, namely justice, equality, good corporate governance, religious co-existence, renouncing all forms of violence and fanaticism.
Morocco is ready to cooperate with Washington to confront major global security challenges that threaten regional and international security, the King said, also hoping for closer coordination with Obama’s admininstration.
