Madrid – Moroccan Foreign Minister Saad Dine El Otmani held, on Friday in Madrid, talks with the speaker of Spain’s congress (lower house), Jesus Posada.
The meeting examined means to reinforce cooperation relations between the two countries in various areas.
El Otmani told MAP that the meeting was an opportunity to discuss a number of issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Spanish secretary of state to foreign affairs Gonzalo de Benito, Morocco’s ambassador to Spain Ahmadou Souilem, Spain’s ambassador to Rabat, Alberto Navarro, and managing director of bilateral relations at Morocco’s foreign ministry Nabil Dghoughi.
