Berber musicians in Morocco celebrated their heritage and culture in the eighth annual Timitar Festival ahead of the July 1st constitutional referendum vote. Making Berber an official language in the North African country alongside Arabic is one of many reforms set forth by Moroccan King Mohammed VI which will be decided on today in a national vote.
