Kuwait”s Planning Min. arrives in Marrakech for API meeting

MARRAKECH, Jan 10 (KUNA) — Kuwait’s Minister of State for Planning and Development Dr. Amani Bouresly arrived in Morocco Tuesday to chair the first meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute (API), due here tomorrow.

Bouresly, also minister of Commerce and Industry, was received by API Director General Dr. Bader Othman Malallah, Kuwaiti diplomats and Moroccan officials.

Members of the board of Trustees will be discussing API’s future programs, academic activities for 2011-12.

After the Board of Trustees’ meeting, Kuwait-based API organizes a brain-storming seminar on decision-making which would deal with sustainable development, poverty and food security.
