WAM Al Rashidiya, Nov 11th, 2011 (WAM)–King Mohammed the VI of Morocco, inaugurated on Thursday in Moroccan Southern City of Erfoud, the International Dates Fair “Syed 2011”, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture in Morocco.
The delegation of the Khalifa International Date Palm Award, headed by Dr Abdulwahab Zayed and Nasser bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, third secretary at the UAE Embassy attended in the event.
Zayed demonstrated before King Mohammed the 6th the objectives of and message of the Khalifa International Date Palm Award.
About 180 exhibitors from 13 countries, including the UAE are taking part in the event, expected to woo 60, 000 visitors.
