PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas, March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — Alan Leibman, CEO of Kerzner International Holdings Limited (the “Company”), which through its subsidiaries, is a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos and luxury hotels, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Glaisek Ferguson, VP of Global Communications to Senior Vice President of Global Communication and Public Relations of the Company. Ferguson will assume her new position immediately.

Ferguson, who has been with the company since 2004, has made significant contributions in the overall communication and public relations functions of the Company. She will continue to report to George Markantonis, President and Managing Director of Kerzner International Bahamas, as well as to Leibman, and will be based out of the Company’s New York City office.

In this role, Ferguson will continue to play an active and strategic role in the day-to-day communications and public relations effort for Atlantis, Paradise Island, One&Only Ocean Club and One&Only Palmilla. In addition, Jennifer will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all public relations and communications efforts of Kerzner Corporate worldwide and for all brands, including One&Only, Atlantis and Mazagan. Most recently, Ferguson successfully led her team to win the prestigious Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) “Best of Show” Award for Public Relations. In addition, Ferguson spearheaded the internal and external communication strategy for company’s restructuring over the past year.
Ferguson last served as Senior Vice President of National Publicity for Miramax/Dimension Films. During her time with Miramax, Ferguson was responsible for strategizing the national publicity campaigns on all films released under the Dimension banner, including all national broadcast, print and radio initiative as well as liaison with the filmmakers and talent. Prior to this role, she worked as a publicist for PMK/HBH, where she represented many A-list celebrity clients and was responsible for creating and executing their publicity strategies,
