HM The King Pardons 306 Convicts On Independence Manifesto Day

Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI pardoned 306 convicts on the occasion of the Manifesto Independence Day, celebrated on 11th January, Justice and Liberties Ministry said in a statement.

Two inmates benefited from the pardon over their remaining prison sentences or imprisonment, while 258 others had their prison sentences or imprisonment reduced.

Seven inmates were granted pardon over their prison sentences.

Imprisonment sentences were pardoned and fines were maintained against 7 others.

Two convicts were granted pardon over their prison sentences and fines, while thirteen others had their fines annulled.
