HM The King Appoints Omar Azziman His Advisor

Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI has appointed Omar Azziman, president of the advisory committee on regionalization, as his advisor, the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced in a statement.

The statement said that the appointment of Azziman, also deputy president of the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans living abroad, comes in view of the experience he has accumulated in the various posts he held as well as of his dedication in discharging the missions entrusted to him.

Born in 1947 in the northern city of Tetuan, Azziman held several senior posts, particularly as Justice Minister, president of the Consultative Council on Human Rights and ambassador to Spain.
