A couple from Morocco was among the victims of the air crash in the French Alps on Tuesday, a Moroccan official said. The crash involving a German budget carrier killed all the 150 people onboard.
Mohamed Tehrioui, 24, and Asmae Ouahoud El Allaoui, 23, had just celebrated their wedding in the Spanish city of Barcelona.
According to media reports, 72 of those aboard the plane were Germans and 45 were from Spain.
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said the flight also carried people from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Colombia, Denmark, Britain, Israel, Japan, Mexico and the Netherlands.
The Airbus A320 of the German budget airline Germanwings crashed in southern France en route from Barcelona to the German city of Dusseldorf.
The plane’s black box was found and will be examined, Laurent added.
