ESSEC To Open New Campus in Morocco

On the new campus, school will host a BBA, along with executive education offerings as well as an executive master’s degree. France’s ESSEC Business School will open a campus in Morocco later this year, according to the school’s website. The new campus will be in Rabat, the country’s capital.

On the new campus, ESSEC will offer a Global BBA program, which will launch this fall.

It will also offer high-level executive programs, such as an Executive MBA or general management program. These program will be offered in partnership with Rabat International University.

ESSEC is the latest French business school to set up shop in Morocco. In 2011, triple-accredited Toulouse Business School opened a campus in Casablanca, where it currently offers various master’s program along with the school’s Tri-Executive MBA.

And last year, EM Lyon, which is also triple-accredited, opened a campus in Casablanca, where it offers a BBA as well as a General Management Program (GMP).

In terms of other internationally-accredited options, the Casablanca-based Institut des Hautes Etudes de Management, which is accredited by EQUIS, offers an MBA program as well.

ESSEC’s new Rabat campus is set to open this fall.
