Kirill Alekseyev presented a flag from the Marrakech, Morocco, Rotary Club to Dover Capital City Rotary President Chris Smith at the club’s Jan. 24 luncheon meeting.
Alekseyev exchanged club flags during a recent visit to Morocco.
Alekseyev is medical director of the Post Acute Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at McKee Road, Dover, scheduled to open Feb. 25.
