On royal orders, a campaign began Wednesday in Morocco for COVID-19 screening in the private sector. Coordinating it will be the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), a business owners association.

”We aim to limit the risk of the virus spreading and ensure resumption of activities in safety and serenity,” said CGEM president Chakib Alj. There are over 30,000 registered members of CGEM. The tests will be bought by business owners and will have to be completed by June 10, when the country’s lockdown is scheduled to end. (ANSAmed).
