Rabat – The business climate varies between “generally good” and “average” for 95% of manufacturers in the second quarter of 2012, says Bank Al-Maghrib (central bank).
Some 31% of the respondents believe that the business climate was “generally good,” 64% “average,” while 5% rated it “poor,” data of the monthly business survey, conducted by Bank Al Maghrib ,showed on Thursday.
According to manufacturers, this improvement should continue during the next quarter, particularly in the chemical and para-chemical industries.
Regarding the conditions of production, 70% of companies felt that the supply was “normal” during the second quarter of 2012, 26% said “easy” and 4% indicated they experienced difficulties in supply.
