The German-born one wheeled cyclist came to Tel Aviv to participate in the Unicycle Israel Convention.
While attending the convention Eichholz decided to try and break his own bottle riding world record, set in Italy earlier this year, at a distance of 7.99 metres (26.21 feet).
After a number of failed attempts, Eichholz managed to pass his previous distance before slipping off the bottles.
According to the organizers the unicyclist managed 8.93 metres (29.29 feet). The distance is yet to be confirmed by Guinness.
“It was much harder than I expected before and I am happy to break the record here in Tel Aviv, everything is perfect,” said Eichholz after the event on Monday (September 26).
Lutz has also pedalled his unicycle across the Alps and Morocco.
