BRUSSELS, Jan 4 (KUNA) — Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Didier Reynders, Wednesday welcomed the formation of the new Moroccan government led by Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane, and wished success to this new government in carrying out its duties.
“This new government and the new Parliament from the parliamentary elections of November 25, 2011, enjoy a democratic mandate to implement the provisions of the new constitution, to realize the aspirations and rights of all Moroccans, and to meet the challenges of good governance and social development and economic development,” he said in a statement tonight.
Belgium will continue to follow with interest the development of the democratic system through constitutional and legal policy, he added.
