Rabat – The 2012 appropriation bill provides for a total resources of 314.51 billion dirhams, up 19% compared to 2011, against charges of 346.76 billion dirhams, a 25% year-on-year increase.
This is indicated by an excess of expenses over the resources of 32.25 billion dirhams.
Resources of the General Budget (255.96 billion dirhams) are divided, chiefly, between particular direct taxes and similar taxes (71.48 billion dirhams), indirect taxes (75.62 billion dirhams), tariffs (12.07 billion dirhams), registration fees and stamp duties (13.69 billion dirhams).
