Moroccan telecom regulator ANRT has published a decision outlining the technical conditions and prices for Maroc Telecom to un-bundle its copper local loop and passive fibre infrastructure this year. The regulator states that the operator’s reference offer must include all of its demands for amendments and improvements made last year. Maroc Telecom has until 20 January to present a new offer along these lines. ANRT will then assess the new offer with an external consultancy, giving the operator until 30 January to make the necessary amendments, as reported by Telecompaper.
