VANCOUVER, Dec. 13, 2011 /CNW/ – Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V:SSC.V – News) is now providing its energy efficiency technology to the French and Moroccan markets through Terre d’Energies Services, Smartcool’s newest independent distributor in Europe.
