Tunisian Defense Minister Pays Tribute To Moroccan Makeshift Military Hospital On Border With Libya

Zarzis – Tunisian Defense Minister paid tribute, Monday in Zarzis (500 km south of Tunis), to the staff of the Moroccan military hospital set up on the border with Libya since the outbreak of violence last March in Libya.

In a reception at the end of the hospital’s mission, the minister extended thanks to Morocco, under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, for its support to the Tunisian revolution and its humanitarian aid since the outbreak of revolution in Libya.

He also highlighted the excellent relations between Tunisia and Morocco and their common will to promote them.

The multi-disciplinary teams of the hospital provided over 100 thousand medical services to refugees of different nationalities, whose number exceeded 1.5 million people.
